Who we are

Qazanj is a business management platform (ERP and field sales) offered as a web application at qazanj.com and as the Qazanj mobile application for Android and iOS. This policy describes what data the platform collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to both the web and mobile apps.

Qazanj is used by organizations. When you use Qazanj as a staff member, your organization is the controller of the business records you create; Qazanj processes that data on the organization's behalf.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, username, phone number (organization owners sign in by phone), and role within your organization.
• Business records — clients, orders, invoices, payments, inventory, and related documents your organization creates in the app.
• Location data — the mobile app collects precise location for two purposes: recording client visits and check-ins, and sharing a sales representative's live position with their organization while their working day is switched on. Live location runs in the background only during an active working day and stops when the working day ends. Location is visible only to your organization.
• Messages — chat messages exchanged between field staff and back-office staff within your organization.
• Photos and files — images you attach to records, such as item photos or client documents.
• Device cache — the mobile app stores a copy of your organization's client data on your device so the app works offline. It syncs when you are back online and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the Qazanj service to your organization: running your workspace, syncing between devices, showing field activity to your team, and keeping records your organization is required to keep. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and the apps contain no ads.

Sharing

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers that host and deliver the service (server hosting, content delivery, and push notification delivery), each acting under contract as a processor. Within the product, your data is visible only to members of your own organization according to their role.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit. Business records are retained for as long as your organization keeps its workspace. When an organization is deleted, its records are removed from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups kept for disaster recovery.

Your choices

• Location sharing is controlled by the working-day switch in the mobile app and by your device's location permission, which you can revoke at any time in system settings.
• To correct or delete your account data, contact your organization's administrator, or reach us directly at the address below.
• To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at arman.codex@gmail.com.

Children

Qazanj is a business tool intended for working adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
